Google OAuth compliance information

Move videos efficiently, with clear and transparent authorization.

Video Migration System is a local tool for content operations teams. It manages YouTube channel authorization, video uploads, and task queues while limiting Google user data use to what these features require.

  • Runs locally
  • User-initiated authorization
  • Encrypted credentials

Core purpose

Reduce repetitive work in video operations

The app brings channel authorization, content preparation, and upload tasks into one workflow with clear data-use boundaries.

Video upload and publishing

Upload local or collected videos to a YouTube channel selected by the user, with titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and visibility settings.

Channel and task management

Manage authorized accounts, channels, upload queues, processing status, and playlists in one workflow.

Clear authorization boundaries

Google user data is accessed only after the user authorizes the app and only for the video management features they request.

Data flow

Every step, from authorization to revocation, is explainable

Users decide whether to authorize through Google’s official page and can revoke access in the app or their Google Account settings.

  1. 01

    The user starts authorization

The app opens Google’s official authorization page and never asks for the user’s Google password.

  2. 02

    The app reads necessary data

The authorized email address and manageable YouTube channels are used to identify the account and select a destination channel.

  3. 03

    The app performs requested actions

The app uploads videos, sets thumbnails, manages playlists, and checks processing status as instructed by the user.

  4. 04

The user revokes or removes access

The user can remove an account binding in the app, which will attempt to revoke the corresponding Google authorization.
