01

Acceptance of Terms

By using Video Migration System (the “App”), the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, they must not authorize a Google Account or continue using the App.

02

Service Description

The App is a video migration and YouTube operations tool that primarily provides:

  • Google Account and YouTube channel authorization management.
  • Video uploads, title and thumbnail preparation, playlist management, and publishing-status controls.
  • Upload queues, progress tracking, retry handling, and processing-status monitoring.
  • Optional source collection, title translation, and AI thumbnail processing.

The public information website provides product and policy information only. It does not process videos or provide account sign-in.

03

Accounts and Authorization

Users must be authorized to use each connected Google Account and manage its YouTube channels. Authorization must be completed through Google’s official authorization page. Users must not disclose authorization links, device access, or secret material stored by the App.

Users may revoke authorization. Upload, query, and management features that depend on the authorization may stop immediately after revocation. Users are responsible for updating expired credentials and reviewing incomplete tasks.

04

Content and Intellectual Property Responsibility

Users retain the rights they lawfully hold in their content and authorize the App to process, transform, and upload that content only as necessary to carry out their instructions.

Users must ensure that videos, images, music, text, and other material they upload, repost, translate, edit, or publish have a lawful source and all required permissions. Users must also comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, copyright policies, Community Guidelines, and applicable law. The App’s technical ability to download or upload content does not establish that the content may be lawfully used.

05

Acceptable Use

Users must not use the App to:

  • Access, control, or delete another person’s account, channel, or content without authorization.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or platform-prohibited content.
  • Circumvent platform quotas, security restrictions, access controls, CAPTCHAs, DRM, or other technical protections.
  • Interfere with the App, Google, YouTube, or third-party services.
  • Use cookies, tokens, keys, or other sensitive credentials from an unknown or unauthorized source.

06

Third-Party Services

The App depends on Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API and may connect to content sources, AI services, or notification services configured by the user. These services are independently operated, and their availability, quotas, review requirements, data policies, and pricing may change. Users are also subject to the applicable third-party terms.

07

Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every third-party platform change. Network conditions, API quotas, account status, platform review, video transcoding, and third-party API changes may affect task results. Features may be adjusted, suspended, or discontinued to resolve issues, improve security, or satisfy policy requirements.

08

Data and Device Security

The App currently runs primarily on devices controlled by users or their operations team. The device owner must protect operating-system accounts, application directories, databases, backups, OAuth client secrets, and encryption keys and must install security updates in a timely manner. A person with control of the affected device or material should promptly address risks caused by device loss, improperly shared directories, or unauthorized copying of secrets.

09

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made regarding third-party platform outages, account enforcement, content removal, review delays, lost revenue, or consequences arising from a user’s failure to obtain rights to content.

The specific allocation of responsibility depends on the actual service model, payment terms, and applicable law. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.

10

Stopping Use and Termination

Users may stop using the App by ceasing to run it, removing account bindings, and revoking Google authorization. Support may be limited or discontinued for uses that violate these Terms, threaten system security, or infringe the rights of others, and necessary protective measures may be taken.

11

Updates and Contact

We may update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change. Material updates will be identified on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; users who do not agree should stop using the App and revoke the relevant authorization.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@lingzhentech.net.
